The following Terms and Conditions govern this Nurture Sleep Consultant Website. Your use of this site constitutes your agreement with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Website or engage my services.

When booking a consultation with Nurture Sleep, the Client agrees to the following

Terms of Service:

 

I agree to follow safe sleeping practices in line with the AAP safe sleep guidelines and recommendations including. I agree to notify my consultant of any unsafe sleep practices, and understand my consultant is not liable for my babies safety, I am.

 

I agree to check with my GP if my baby has any medical conditions which prevent them from being sleep trained safely.

 

I agree to disclose any medical condition to the baby sleep consultant which my baby has.

 

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new health care regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this site.

Any changes you make to your babies sleeping or eating arrangements are your decision and Nurture Sleep only makes suggestions for change, of which you are responsible for choosing to implement.

 

● FAIR USE POLICY FOR TEXT/WHATS APP SUPPORT: The option of texting me for the initial first 2 days is part of the service I provide, however "fair use" is applied. This means, while I do work some evenings/nights and weekends (pre-arranged), my general working hours are Mo-Fri, 9am-5pm.

● PAYMENT

Full payment for all packages and follow-up support is required prior to consultation starting. Once payment is received in full the Client will receive acknowledgement of payment by Nurture Sleep. In-home visits and phone consultations will be confirmed once payment has been made.

 

Package prices exclude GST.

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the assessment schedule date will only be refunded 50% of the fee. Prior to 48 hours 20% admin fee due to electronic payment fees, processing time, digital markering fees and consultant time.
