Newborn Sleep Support
A great present to gift to new parents
Suitable from 3-12 weeks
Please note that there is no ‘sleep training’ at this age.
Phone/video consultation 1 hour = $99
An in-home consultation 1.5 hours = $199
(Depending on location there may may additional travel costs)
Newborns can feel pretty overwhelming - let me help ease things for you somewhat and support you to discover and understand what may be hindering and what will support your babies ability to sleep during these earlier months.
This package will provide you with some understanding of newborn sleep science, sleep development and practical advice on how to establish healthy sleep foundations for your baby.
During a home visit I will be able to provide you with an in person demonstration of settling techniques and/or support you while you implement them.
This support does not include an individually tailored sleep support plan or follow up calls. (For these options please refer to my other packages available). I will however provide you with some supporting information on the things that we will cover which you will be able to refer back to.
Phone Consult including an Individualised Plan and Support 1 & 2 Week Support
1 week support $199
2 weeks support $250
1 Week Option - This option is great for more simple problems, suitable from 12 weeks onward, here’s what’s included;

A comprehensive assessment via intake form (and follow up questions if needed) prior to consultation.

Individual and holistic sleep support plan

Up to one hour phone/video consult where we go over your plan to ensure you understand your new method, have all your questions answered and are feeling confident and ready to go

One week follow-up support

Unlimited phone/text support until 10pm on night one

Unlimited phone/text support (fair use policy applies…) from 8am-5pm for first 2 days

Analyzing of daily sleep logs - so we can see trends in sleep patterns and assist in trouble shooting, making changes/adjustments if needed

2 further follow up calls during the week (up to15 minutes)
2 Week Option - This option is great for more comprehensive/ multiple/ complex problems or when wanting support during some slower sleep training methods. It includes all of what is included in the 1 week option but with an additional weeks support and an extra 3 follow up calls.
2 Hours In-Home Support
1 or 2 Week Follow Up Support
+ 1 week follow up support ($299)
+ 2 week follow up support ($350)

This in home support includes;

One week of follow up support including 2 further check-in calls.
If you are a more visual learner you will likely find this option the most useful.
In general this option also tends to be the most effective. Meeting you provides me with the opportunity to observe you and your baby (there will be no judging ), and allows me to see a little of your babies temperament and how they respond to any changes we make. I also believe that meeting me will provide you with some extra trust and confidence to follow through on my recommendations.
Aside from this, meeting parents and their babies is one of my very favourite parts of the service, I have therefore also aimed to keep it cost effective.
